Established in 1982, the Louisiana Primary Care Association (LPCA) is a non-profit organization that promotes accessible, affordable, and high-quality primary healthcare for uninsured and medically underserved populations in Louisiana. Headquartered in Baton Rouge, it serves as the statewide advocacy network for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
